Guaranteed Workmanship and Fixed-Price Assurance
We deliver our projects with guaranteed workmanship and a fixed-price commitment, always prioritising client satisfaction. We measure on the survey, fix the price in the contract, and the programme, payments and deliverables are clear from day one.
Strip-out, MEP, finishes and joinery are all carried out by our own professional teams. From material procurement to workforce management, you do not need to deal with any detail.
Upon completion, a detailed final inspection is carried out against a checklist. The property is handed over on the contractual date, ready to move in. Any outstanding items are followed up in writing.

- 2007
AND Yapı Mimarlık was founded. Renovation work on the Asian Side began from the Göztepe office.
- 2008
Fourteen apartments, 2,400 m² housing contract completed in Ümraniye.
- 2009
1,650 m² villa fit-out in Ümraniye and villa interiors in Acarkent, Beykoz.
- 2013
Eight apartments, 900 m² housing in Kartal; school and Ministry of Education works enter the book.
- 2018
Buyaka and Emaar store fit-outs; the commercial programme grows.
- 2020
Interiors in Kadıköy, Ataşehir and Üsküdar; kitchen and bathroom packages become common.
- Today
Villa, apartment and commercial works continue from the Göztepe office on the Asian Side and in Beşiktaş, Mecidiyeköy, Sarıyer and Maslak.
