Our Project Process
Survey
Our specialist team inspects your space for 40–70 minutes on site, assessing moisture, shafts, lifts and structural conditions.
Contract
The scope is fixed in the contract. Any additional work is handled through a written variation order.
Site
From strip-out to completion, work is carried out by one coordinated team on a single programme.
Handover
A final inspection is carried out against a checklist and the project is completed with a handover record.

Does apartment decoration include the bathroom?
No. Bathroom and kitchen strip-out belong to turnkey apartment renovation. Decoration leaves services in place and delivers paint, floors, doors and furniture.
Can you decorate while we live in the apartment?
Yes. We work room by room and cover furniture. Dust screens and neighbour quiet hours are written on survey. Services stay closed, so there is no water cut.
How long does apartment decoration take?
For 90–140 m² flats, paint, floors and furniture are usually 10–21 days. Bespoke joinery lead time is a separate line and is settled on survey.
Is the survey free?
Yes. Surveys in Kadıköy and on the Asian Side are free. Which package is decoration and which is renovation is settled on the same visit.
