Free survey
İnşaat hizmetleri renovation ölçeğinin üzerindedir. Ümraniye’de 2008’de 14 apartment 2 400 m², 2009’da villa inşaatı 1 650 m², Kartal’da 2013’te 8 apartment 900 m² taahhüt referanslarımız bulunur. Kaba inşaat ile turnkey inşaat ayrı contractyle de, tek contractyle de yürütülebilir.
Villa inşaatı parsel, kot ve iskele planı ister. Havuz inşaatında kazı, betonarme kase ve waterproofing peyzaj ile aynı yaz programına alınır. Havuz mekaniği ayrı uzman kalemi olarak contractde belirtilir.

Process
Our Project Process
Survey
Our specialist team inspects your space for 40–70 minutes on site, assessing moisture, shafts, lifts and structural conditions.
Contract
The scope is fixed in the contract. Any additional work is handled through a written variation order.
Site
From strip-out to completion, work is carried out by one coordinated team on a single programme.
Handover
A final inspection is carried out against a checklist and the project is completed with a handover record.

Frequently asked
Are shell-and-core and turnkey the same contract?
They can run in one contract or in two. The Ümraniye 14-unit and villa builds and the Kartal 8-unit job sit at this scale. Scope is locked on survey.
How many months does a villa build take?
Typically 8–18 months depending on plot and permits. Finishes lock to a second calendar after the shell. Survey writes both programmes.
Is a swimming pool included?
The pool shell — excavation, reinforced basin, waterproofing — is a separate item; it can share the villa’s summer programme. Pool plant is specialist work and is not hidden in the contract.
Is the construction survey free?
Yes. Plot and shell-and-core surveys are free. Planning notes are discussed on the same visit; permit fees are separate.
