Our Project Process
Survey
Our specialist team inspects your space for 40–70 minutes on site, assessing moisture, shafts, lifts and structural conditions.
Contract
The scope is fixed in the contract. Any additional work is handled through a written variation order.
Site
From strip-out to completion, work is carried out by one coordinated team on a single programme.
Handover
A final inspection is carried out against a checklist and the project is completed with a handover record.

Does a suspended ceiling cause damp?
Not if ventilation and insulation are correct. Flues, shafts and LED voids are survey items. In Kadıköy, below 260 cm clear height we prefer a perimeter profile over a full drop.
How long does a suspended ceiling take?
A single living-room perimeter profile with LED is 3–6 days; a whole flat 7–12 days. Service voids and insulation shift the date; levels are taken on survey.
Are concealed LEDs included in the ceiling price?
Profiles and plaster can be one line, LED supply and drivers another. Survey draws which void is light and which is services; cables are not pulled afterwards.
Is the ceiling survey free?
Yes. Ceiling surveys are free. Existing height, beams and service traces are checked on the same visit.
