Bathroom renovationnın görünmeyen kısmı yalıtım ve eğimdir. Göztepe ve Erenköy’deki 40 yıllık apartmentlerde ilk iş, mevcut installationn kontrolüdür. Seramik seçimi bundan sonra yapılır.
Bathroom design armatür, ayna ve aydınlatmayı kapsar; renovationde waterproofing da değiştirilir. 3–5 m²’lik hacimlerde concealed cistern ve duş alanı on-site measurementye göre yerleştirilir.

Waterproofingnı atlamak ya da kurumasını beklemeden seramik döşemek en pahalı hatadır. Alt kata sızıntı çıktığında iş baştan sökülür. Membranın kuruma süresini takvimde ayrı days olarak tutuyoruz.

Our Project Process
Survey
Our specialist team inspects your space for 40–70 minutes on site, assessing moisture, shafts, lifts and structural conditions.
Contract
The scope is fixed in the contract. Any additional work is handled through a written variation order.
Site
From strip-out to completion, work is carried out by one coordinated team on a single programme.
Handover
A final inspection is carried out against a checklist and the project is completed with a handover record.

Frequently asked
How long does a bathroom take?
One bathroom is 7–12 days; two bathrooms with parallel crews 12–18 days. In 40-year-old flats in Göztepe and Erenköy the first task is opening the existing pipework; tile comes after that.
Can we stay at home during a bathroom renovation?
A one-bathroom flat needs a short off-site shower plan. With two bathrooms we work in sequence — one finishes before the other opens. Water-off hours are written on the survey record.
Is waterproofing included in the price?
The bathroom package includes membrane, falls and outlet levels. Visible tile is not laid without the hidden membrane. Concealed cistern and ventilation are separate survey items.
Is the bathroom survey free?
Yes. Bathroom surveys are free. Shaft, falls and any existing leak are checked on the same visit; the written quote follows.
