Our Project Process
Survey
Our specialist team inspects your space for 40–70 minutes on site, assessing moisture, shafts, lifts and structural conditions.
Contract
The scope is fixed in the contract. Any additional work is handled through a written variation order.
Site
From strip-out to completion, work is carried out by one coordinated team on a single programme.
Handover
A final inspection is carried out against a checklist and the project is completed with a handover record.

Is all apartment wiring replaced?
On a full renovation, yes. On partial work we prioritise the board, the kitchen circuit and risky aluminium runs. In 1970s blocks, cable section and socket count are separate survey items.
How long does electrical work take?
Partial circuits and a board are 3–7 days; full rewire and lighting points 8–15 days. Cables are closed before plaster and paint; a test record is issued at handover.
Are extra-low voltage and lighting included?
Boards and power can be one line, LED drivers and data another. Survey gathers kitchen, wet-room and living points on one drawing so walls are not opened again later.
Is the electrical survey free?
Yes. We open the board cover — no obligation. Risky runs are photographed and the quote is written from that.
