Our Project Process
Survey
Our specialist team inspects your space for 40–70 minutes on site, assessing moisture, shafts, lifts and structural conditions.
Contract
The scope is fixed in the contract. Any additional work is handled through a written variation order.
Site
From strip-out to completion, work is carried out by one coordinated team on a single programme.
Handover
A final inspection is carried out against a checklist and the project is completed with a handover record.

Frequently asked
Can you provide design only, without the build?
Yes. Construction can be a separate contract. We do not split the drawing from the site: measure, maker and trades sit at the same table. If you wish, only the survey and 3D are delivered.
Do you build without an interior package?
For small paint and patching, yes. We do not start kitchens, wet rooms or joinery without a measured drawing and a materials board. Otherwise decisions inflate on site and the programme slips.
How long does the design package take?
Measured survey 3–7 days; concept and 3D typically 10–20 days. Site coordination runs with the build. Orders are not placed until the materials board is signed off.
Is the design survey free?
The first survey is free. The design contract is separate and the visit does not bind you. The measure day is planned from the Göztepe office.
