Survey
Our specialist team inspects your space for 40–70 minutes on site, assessing moisture, shafts, lifts and structural conditions.
Contract
The scope is fixed in the contract. Any additional work is handled through a written variation order.
Site
From strip-out to completion, work is carried out by one coordinated team on a single programme.
Handover
A final inspection is carried out against a checklist and the project is completed with a handover record.

Can laminate go over existing parquet?
Sometimes, if level and flatness allow. In 1970s Kadıköy flats the screed is often uneven; locking laminate onto a loose floor opens the joints. Survey settles whether levelling is required.
What is the difference between laminate and engineered wood?
Laminate is a décor paper and wear layer on a fibreboard core. Engineered (lamine) parquet has a real-wood wear layer. Moisture, underfloor heating and budget lock the choice on survey.
How long does a parquet or laminate floor take?
One flat, including levelling, is typically 3–8 days. Skirting and door-frame levels sit on the same programme. Underfloor heating changes the adhesive system.
Is the floor survey free?
Yes. Floor surveys are free. Moisture, screed and the existing finish are checked on the same visit.
