Our Project Process
Survey
Our specialist team inspects your space for 40–70 minutes on site, assessing moisture, shafts, lifts and structural conditions.
Contract
The scope is fixed in the contract. Any additional work is handled through a written variation order.
Site
From strip-out to completion, work is carried out by one coordinated team on a single programme.
Handover
A final inspection is carried out against a checklist and the project is completed with a handover record.

Can you tile over existing tile?
Sometimes, if load and level allow. On most Kadıköy jobs strip-out gives a cleaner result; large-format tile is not bonded over loose grout. Screed flatness is checked on survey.
How long does large-format tiling take?
One wet room is 4–8 days; an open-plan living floor 6–12 days. Levelling and grout are separate days. Underfloor heating changes adhesive and grout — that is a survey item.
Can you tile over underfloor heating?
Yes, with flexible adhesive and grout. In older Kadıköy flats we level first, then lay 60×120 or 80×80. Grout colour changes the scale of the room.
Is the tiling survey free?
Yes. Floor surveys are free. Levels, load and the existing finish are noted on the same visit.
